All new clients must book from the New Client Facials menu. If you're unsure what to book, the Signature Customized Facial + Consultation is the best place to start. It gives us enough time and flexibility to assess your skin and customize a treatment that fits your current needs.

Yes! Please fill out the New Client History Form linked at the top of the booking page before securing your appointment. This helps me prepare for your visit and provide the most personalized experience.

The Signature Hydrafacial uses patented Vortex-Fusion technology to deeply cleanse and infuse the skin — it’s amazing for glow, congestion, and hydration.
The Signature Customized Facial is more intuitive and allows me to choose from a wider range of advanced techniques (like peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED, etc.) based on your skin that day. It’s ideal if you want a results-driven treatment without choosing specific modalities. -
If you're dealing with moderate to severe breakouts, the Acne Program is your best option. It’s a structured, 3–4 month commitment with customized treatments and skincare routines. You'll start with the First-Time Acne Consultation + Treatment, and then follow up with Bi-Weekly or Monthly Treatments depending on your schedule. If you don’t feel ready to commit, you can book a Signature Customized Facial.

If it’s been more than 3 weeks since your last session, please book the Monthly Acne Treatment so we have enough time to reassess and rework your plan. Skipping visits can delay progress, consistency is key for clear skin.

Yes! You can book a Virtual Skin Consultation from anywhere. We’ll discuss your current routine, goals, and concerns, and I’ll build a personalized product and treatment plan to support your skin from home or long-distance.

Absolutely. Many of these modalities are included in customized facials, but if you'd like something specific, just let me know in advance. Certain services also have add-on options available during booking.

It depends on your skin goals and condition, but most clients see the best results with monthly treatments. Acne Program clients typically come every 2–3 weeks until their skin clears and stabilizes.

Please avoid exfoliants like AHA/BHA, retinoids, or benzoyl peroxide for 3–4 days before and after your appointment. This helps protect your skin barrier and ensures best results from your treatment.

Please refer to our Client Policies [link to policy page]. There is a 20-minute grace period, after that, the appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours are considered last-minute and will also forfeit the deposit.

We don’t take same day appointments.

I work by appointment only. Availability can be seen through the booking link, but I offer appointments from Tuesday through Saturday, between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM. If you're planning ahead or need a specific time, I recommend booking early — spots go quickly.
